Physical Therapist (PT)

We are partnering with a mission-driven, award-winning home health provider serving Southeast Metro Denver. This full-time Physical Therapist role offers:

• Competitive salary: $80K–$100K/year with a $3,500 sign-on bonus
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends or on-call
• Supportive team environment with professional autonomy
• Average 5–6 patient visits daily, with mileage reimbursement at $0.625 per mile

• Key responsibilities: delivering in-home PT, evaluations, developing care plans, patient education, and supervising PTAs and CNAs
