- The CT Technologist Lead is an advanced user responsible for coordinating patient scheduling, daily assignments, and supporting technologists in the CT department.
- Ensures efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Leads staff development, training on technological and procedural updates, and promotes a positive work environment.
- Maintains excellent communication with physicians and team members to enhance satisfaction and collaboration.
- Performs and oversees imaging procedures, manages PACS processes, troubleshoots equipment issues, and adheres to confidentiality standards.
- Requires ARRT CT certification, state licensure, BLS, and at least 2 years of hospital CT experience.
- Flexible to work varying shifts and locations, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
