- Join a compassionate team of clinicians dedicated to making a difference in clients' lives.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Provide rehabilitation, coordinate medical needs, and monitor/administer medications.
- Review, order, and discontinue medications as prescribed; conduct assessments and approve care plans.
- Perform employee competency evaluations and update health and safety policies.
- Communicate client condition changes to physicians and staff; document progress and discharge notes.
- Implement treatment strategies, report incidents, and promote client independence and choice.
- Qualifications include a bachelor’s in nursing or related field, or RN certification; must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
