- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing nursing care for assigned residents, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide direct and indirect care, assess resident conditions, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise CNAs and licensed nurses, ensure accurate documentation, and respond promptly to resident risks or incidents.
- Administer medications, update care plans, and report changes to physicians.
- Must be a graduate of a credentialed nursing school and currently licensed in the state.
