- Assess patient needs, behaviors, and develop tailored treatment plans using interviews and observations.
- Provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and skill training for issues like anxiety, depression, pain management, and social concerns.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Qualifications include a current California license, 2+ years of experience, strong computer skills, and bilingual preferred.
