- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current New Mexico or Compact license and BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire; additional certifications required within 6 months.
- Possesses current clinical knowledge, effective communication skills, and respects patient rights.
- Reports to the Patient Care Director or Manager and works in environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases.
- Requires physical ability for emergency response, prolonged standing, patient handling, and fine motor tasks; must be able to see, hear, and judge spatial relationships accurately.
