Position Summary
Manages and oversees the daily operations, account management, and qualified lead generation processes. Directs and manages the growth and execution of the organization’s business guaranteed by the sales team.

Position Summary
Manages and oversees the daily operations, account management, and qualified lead generation processes. Directs and manages the growth and execution of the organization’s business guaranteed by the sales team.
Major Tasks And Responsibilities
- Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer's needs.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and executes action plans to improve efficiency.
- Collaborates with leadership to establish and develop strategic plans for operational activities.
- Staffs the department with resources to meet customers’ needs.
- Evaluates and implements new processes and metrics aimed at generating revenue.
- Reviews and analyzes expenditures and financial and operational reports to determine requirements to generate greater revenue.
- Assists in making hiring, disciplinary, and termination decisions.
- Resolves discrepancies, addresses issues, and creates resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 8+ years of logistics, customer service, or transportation experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
