Full-time night Respiratory Therapist position offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Provides respiratory therapy procedures across hospital areas, responds to emergencies, and manages ventilators and non-invasive devices.
- Participates in team efforts during codes, rapid responses, and transports; serves as a preceptor for students.
- Maintains accurate documentation in EMR, educates patients on treatments and devices.
- Ensures compliance with safety, licensing, and regulatory standards; completes annual education and competency requirements.
- Qualifications include NBRC certification, Iowa licensure, BCLS, with ACLS and NRP within 6 months.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills required; willing to train in pulmonary rehab and functions.
