Remote Data Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our research team as a Remote Data Management Assistant at Flourish Research. As a fast-growing research organization, we are dedicated to providing innovative and reliable data solutions to our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to groundbreaking research projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the research team to collect, clean, and manage large sets of data from various sources
• Develop and maintain data entry protocols and quality control procedures
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data collected and entered into databases
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records of data and research materials
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management techniques
• Provide support for data analysis and interpretation as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as data management, statistics, or computer science
• Strong understanding of data management principles and techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in data management or a related field is preferred
  
  

Compensation Range: $76K - $82K
