Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Create, maintain, and analyze Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables to support business operations and decision-making.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Perform notarial acts as needed (if certified).

Assist with office management tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, etc.).

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Notary Public certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
