As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience partnering with executive stakeholders to define intelligence needs, set priorities, and balance short-term vs. long-term deliverables.
- Experience in the tech sector.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Understand market business drivers, and value-creation strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Track engaged activity, industry trends, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats, focusing on financial performance, business models, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies. Leverage external data sources, such as SEC filings, financial reports, analyst reports etc., and collaborate with industry analysts to generate and validate insights.
- Establish and execute mechanisms to regularly disseminate and present market insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop performer benchmarks to improve quarterly earnings / IR insights, and inform growth strategy and resource allocation. Oversee and manage research studies from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Operations teams to define and quantify the market to improve our understanding of market share and untapped opportunities.
- Partner closely with business, communications and marketing teams to craft data-backed narratives.
