Remote Telechat Specialist

As a Remote Telechat Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for conducting phone interviews with individuals in various industries, gathering market intel and feedback on products and services. You will collaborate with our research team to analyze and synthesize the data collected, providing valuable insights to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in market research, customer service, or sales
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
