JOB REQUIREMENTS: WPS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a
Start Up (Commissioning) Engineer in our Green Bay, Wisconsin and
Wausau, Wisconsin locations. This position is part of the Customer
Service and Operations business unit in the Start-Up Engineering Group.
This position is part of a job family (Associate Engineer, Engineer, and
Senior Engineer) where experience will be the determining factor. About

You. Job Summary The Commissioning Engineer Is Responsible For
evaluating the condition of electrical equipment after installation, but
before final energization to verify equipment functions as designed.
This position will require travel throughout the Wisconsin Public
Service territory and will primarily work in substations and power plant
facilities. This role will require field work during a variety of
different weather conditions. Job Responsibilities Complete
pre-construction quality assurance checks to assure schematics, wiring
diagrams, and physical prints align. Collaborate with various project
stakeholders to develop detailed commissioning plans and associated cost
estimates. Perform all aspects of electrical protective relay, control,
and communication scheme commissioning. Provide training, technical
support, and engineering guidance for field personnel as necessary to
aid them in performing maintenance and testing of protection systems.
Lead and coordinate commissioning activities with various project
