Position Overview – What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Spring Hill, you’ll work 1:1 with children in school-based and early learning environments in the Pasco-Hernando region.
You’ll
- Deliver behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
- Collect and report client data accurately and consistently
- Support social skills development and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and your clinical team
- Assist in assessments and ongoing treatment planning
