As the Director of Pricing Strategy & Monetization, you’ll lead ZoomInfo’s pricing and packaging strategy, build a deal desk function, and execute monetization initiatives that directly impact revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders to improve pricing discipline and streamline execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve pricing & packaging models across ZoomInfo’s product lines, including new product launches and competitive positioning.
- Create and scale a Deal Desk: field enablement, approvals process, pricing rigor, and escalation protocols.
- Use analytics to identify inefficiencies in pricing execution and sales behavior; build process and tooling to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to enforce pricing discipline and provide strategic pricing support.
- Lead strategic projects beyond pricing (e.g., revenue acceleration, GTM transformation, etc.).
- Champion change management, field adoption, and continuous improvement.
- 7+ years in pricing strategy, sales operations, or GTM strategy roles
- Strong background in strategic thinking and analytics
- Prior experience in management consulting is a strong plus
- Experience with or building a deal desk is a bonus
- Comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across departments
- Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Base Salary Range: $200,000 – $275,000 USD
