We’re on the hunt for our next Assessment Specialist. This individual is responsible for conducting all assessments for clients and participants and ensuring they are ready for their next roles. While this is a highly focused and specific position, the assessment specialist will join the broader PACE team in bringing all the critical pieces of the job seeker experience.

We’re on the hunt for our next Assessment Specialist. This individual is responsible for conducting all assessments for clients and participants and ensuring they are ready for their next roles. While this is a highly focused and specific position, the assessment specialist will join the broader PACE team in bringing all the critical pieces of the job seeker experience.
The Awesome Things You’ll Do
- Work closely with Career Navigators to ensure clients are ready for a service plan and assist students with resources to achieve these goals.
- Administer, proctor, grade & scan TABE test.
- Assist with participant registration and navigation on self-assessment platforms.
- Administer & proctor skill assessments & interest profilers.
- Provide informational guidance to participants completing all assessment tools.
- Provide immediate feedback to clients on assessment results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Knowledge of computer applications is required.
- Bilingual preferred
- Must be energetic and creative with ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Must be a team player with good work ethic
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize demands
- Proposed hiring at $40,000
