We’re on the hunt for our next Administrative Assistant. This individual is responsible for providing clerical and customer service support for the PACE program. This team member will greet and provide exceptional customer service to all potential and existing clients and employ a person-centered approach with a focus on quality in a high volume, fast-paced environment. This master juggler will bring a can-do attitude to the team with a solution-oriented focus.

The Awesome Things You’ll Do

  • Ensure administrative functions related to the programs and sites are organized and completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage metro-cards; covers reception as needed; Monitors/Tracks Attendance and Time; other administrative tasks.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all potential and incoming clients and stakeholders
  • Provide program information to new and existing clients
  • Maintain all administrative records to ensure that contract and performance needs are met
  • Support in document collection and tracking
  • G ather time reporting documentation and submit payroll as needed
  • Review client files with auditing tools
  • Coordinating purchase of office supplies
  • Oversee front desk; receptionist duties as needed.

Our Must Haves

  • High School Diploma. Must be competent in Microsoft Office suite and comfortably pass Prove It assessment.
  • Strong customer service skills focused on a p erson c entered a pproach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and function efficiently with time bound objectives and goals
