In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting account growth. **Responsibilities**

• Manage daily communications with assigned client accounts
• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product/service support
• Maintain accurate account records and update customer data
• Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales process
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
• Monitor account performance and deliver regular updates to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
