Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and managing logistics.
- Organize and maintain files and records in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
