Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries and respond promptly to requests for proposals and information regarding event services.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event bookings, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique event needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and drive sales.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure all sales activities are within the allocated budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or event coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
