Description

Crossroads Professional Coaching is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support our growing base of client marketing work. Crossroads Professional Coaching is a professional services company that provides full marketing services to our business coaching clients. Crossroads has experienced steady growth over the past ten years as a result of close and lasting relationships with our client base. Strong experience and competence across a broad array of business disciplines is core to Crossroads commitment to our clients and the Digital Marketing Manager is integral to that commitment for marketing services.

You’ll manage digital campaigns for 10-20 client accounts. This is not a learning role. You should have experience in the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads – You’ll own all channels
    • Launch, optimize, and scale Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
    • Set up and manage Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
    • Define goals, build audiences, monitor results, and provide monthly reporting + client recommendations
  • SEO – Technical and Content
    • Run full SEO audits
    • Utilize SEMrush, Yoast, and other tools
    • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, errors)
    • Optimize backend SEO and metadata
    • Track keyword rankings, and propose clear next steps based on data
  • WordPress Site Setup
    • Setup new WordPress installs, point domains, launch development sites
    • Upload sites and make live without help from developers
    • You don’t need to design — but you need to know how to get a site online, functioning, and SEO-ready
  • Email Marketing Automation
    • Build and automate campaigns in Hubspot, Keap, or Mailchimp
    • Manage workflows, segment lists, and monitor conversion metrics
  • Analytics
    · Load Google Analytics onto sites.
    · Set-up conversion goals to Google Analytics.
    · Familiar with Analytics Dashboards such as Dash This.
    · Experience analyzing the results of monthly advertising and making client recommendations for changes and additions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years running paid ads + SEO across multiple clients at once (agency, freelancer, or consultant background preferred)
  • Strong documentation and communication — our clients rely on clarity
  • Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Available for in office position

Benefits

Compensation
We tailor compensation to experience and responsibilities. Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience in similar roles will earn between $55,000 and $70,000/year in this position. (We’ll align based on your skill depth and client load.) We offer benefits including quarterly and annual bonuses, health insurance, vacation, sick leave, and professional development budget.
