Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting software
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with preparing reports and spreadsheets as needed
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial data
Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to accounting
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Prior internship or clerical experience in an accounting or finance setting
