- Champion Client Success – Support clients in reaching their fitness goals, guiding them toward improved strength, endurance, and transformation.
- Foster a Positive Culture – Create an encouraging environment that inspires clients and trainers to give their best every day.
- Exceed Goals – Drive the Personal Training department to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets with innovative strategies.
- Enhance Client Engagement – Lead outreach, follow-ups, and retention efforts to build lasting client partnerships.
- Coach for Success – Mentor Personal Trainers to grow their client base, meet sales targets, and succeed within the gym environment.
- Create Exceptional Experiences – Tailor training programs to individual goals, providing clients with supportive, educational, and positive fitness experiences.
- Go Above and Beyond – Set the standard for client satisfaction by offering holistic health and fitness solutions that keep clients coming back.
- Recruit and Train the Best – Attract and onboard top talent, building a team of dedicated and skilled Personal Trainers.
- Support and Develop – Offer ongoing coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities to ensure team members reach their highest potential.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Manage payroll and ensure accurate, efficient, and timely department operations.
Passion and Expertise
- A deep commitment to health and fitness, with a drive to change lives through personal training.
- Proven success as a Personal Trainer, with the skills to lead and inspire others.
- CPR Certification – Required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a fitness-related field (High school diploma or GED required).
- Required: Current National Certification from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years in personal training or coaching, with experience in recruiting and developing talent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, positive approach to team dynamics.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and essential communication tools.
