Project Engineer

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Project Engineer to join a growing construction team based in Jupiter, FL. This is the ideal role for someone with up to 1 year of experience who wants to grow their career in high-end residential and commercial hospitality construction.

Description

• Assist in managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes

• Coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely and accurate communication

• Support the Project Manager in schedule tracking, material procurement, and change order processing

• Conduct site visits to assist with field coordination and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld

• Maintain organized project records and help manage daily administrative tasks for smooth project execution

Profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or up to 1 year of Project Engineer experience

• Familiar with construction documentation processes, particularly RFIs and submittals

• Eager to learn and grow within a tight-knit, fast-paced construction environment

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative to support the team

• Strong communication and organizational skills
