Description
Assist in managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
Coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely and accurate communication
Support the Project Manager in schedule tracking, material procurement, and change order processing
Conduct site visits to assist with field coordination and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld
Maintain organized project records and help manage daily administrative tasks for smooth project execution
Profile
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or up to 1 year of Project Engineer experience
Familiar with construction documentation processes, particularly RFIs and submittals
Eager to learn and grow within a tight-knit, fast-paced construction environment
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative to support the team
Strong communication and organizational skills
