Summary Of Painter Position
The painter will prepare Pella Window and Door products for finishing with either a stain or paint. This includes the disassembly of products, preparation of surfaces, masking, staining or painting, proper reassembly and repackaging. A keen awareness to detail is required. Our customers expect and pay for a great finish. Our business thrives on the ability to match existing finishes and to provide quality at a fair cost in order to create value. The Pre-Finish Department is an integral piece in fulfilling the Pella Promise.
