We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remodeling-Trim Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finish carpentry and a keen eye for detail. You will work on a variety of projects, including high-end residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring that every finish is impeccable.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
• Measuring and cutting lumber and other materials to produce functional infrastructure and finished products.
• Shaping and smoothing lumber and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Installing structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairways, and floors to high quality levels and with professional delivery.
• Inspecting structures for damages and performing necessary repairs.
• Collaborating with other skilled workers, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete projects.
• Ordering and maintaining supplies and materials.
• Following safety guidelines and regulations on the job site.
• Working independently or as part of a team.
• Keeping job records and communicating progress to supervisors and clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a trim carpenter.
• 10 years' experience in general carpentry.
• Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Must demonstrate strong organizational and project management abilities, attention to detail, as well as solid problem-resolution, decision-making, verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment that requires one to adapt to unexpected, urgent situations outside one's knowledge base and to problem-solve quickly underpressure while maintaining focus and composure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direct others for results as needed.
  
  

Compensation

• Full - Time
• $25.00-40.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
