Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards using TOM's data infrastructure (QuickSight, internal tools) to monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements
- Partner with key stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Training, Yard, Driving, Gate/Tech, Products etc.) to develop metrics, reporting solutions and process improvements that align with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable analytics solutions focused on yard design, launch planning, and future transportation infrastructure concepts
- Leverage TOM's unified data platform to create single source of truth datasets and insights that support strategic planning and operational excellence
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications for analytics solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation of analytical processes, metrics definitions, and standard operating procedures
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
- Create analytical frameworks and roadmaps that enable the team to scale analytics capabilities alongside business growth
- 5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- 5+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues
