Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by educating clients on auto, fire, and life insurance products
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and address any questions or concerns promptly
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to help clients achieve their goals
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
- Foster long-term client relationships through consistent, personalized communication
- Active Washington Property & Casualty License
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Competitive hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities
