Who You Are:

• A morning person who genuinely enjoys breakfast and brunch service (no late nights!)
• Positive, self-motivated, and relational—you're the kind of person others want on the line
• Committed to learning and growing within a kitchen that values quality, collaboration, and curiosity
• A clear communicator who thrives under pressure and cares deeply about excellence
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knife skills, plating knowledge, and recipe execution
• The ability to multi-task while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Respect for your team, attention to detail, and a deep love for food and hospitality
• Physical ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
