Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence and confidence.
• Supervise and support residents during prescribed activities, tracking progress and ensuring safety.
• Facilitate rehabilitation efforts to help residents recover from injuries or illnesses.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident information.
• Foster a positive, cooperative atmosphere by working closely with the healthcare team.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current, active Florida State COTA License required.
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
