The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in their homes. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' progress and update care plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, such as physicians, pharmacists, and physical therapists
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
• Document all care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
  
  
  

Registered Nurse (RN) Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make independent judgments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
  
  
  

Registered Nurse (RN) Working conditions:

This role requires frequent travel to patients' homes, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. The ability to lift and transport equipment and assist patients with mobility is also required.
