As our HR Manager, you'll lead:

  • Talent acquisition & recruiting events
  • Biweekly payroll & benefits administration
  • Career development & performance analysis
  • Employee engagement & retention initiatives
  • HR compliance & strategic planning


You'll work directly with firm leadership to shape our people-first culture and support our team of tax, audit, and advisory professionals.

 

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of HR experience (public accounting or professional services preferred)
  • Payroll, benefits, and compliance expertise
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on execution
