As our HR Manager, you'll lead:
- Talent acquisition & recruiting events
- Biweekly payroll & benefits administration
- Career development & performance analysis
- Employee engagement & retention initiatives
- HR compliance & strategic planning
You'll work directly with firm leadership to shape our people-first culture and support our team of tax, audit, and advisory professionals.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of HR experience (public accounting or professional services preferred)
- Payroll, benefits, and compliance expertise
