Job Overview

The Senior Designer is responsible for creating graphic design solutions to achieve various communications objectives at Crossway. Central to this position is the visual presentation of Crossway’s content and products to the marketplace with truth, beauty, and excellence in various media forms. THIS IS A NON-REMOTE POSITION.

The ideal candidate will provide thoughtful, well-crafted design solutions that build upon our established brand through various channels. Deliverables will include product-specific and corporate print materials for B2B and B2C, conference signage, and e-newsletters. This position requires experience in both print and digital design.

Position Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in branding and marketing design.
• Exceptional design, typography, and layout skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with managing multiple projects at a time ranging in size
