Your Role
This is a high-impact opportunity to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share for Lipton Teas & Infusions' U.S. Out of Home (Foodservice) business. You will lead a dynamic Channel Team and a network of Brokers, with a strategic focus on acquiring and growing Regional and National Chain accounts, driving penetration in the Non-Commercial segment, and unlocking value across emerging Out of Home channels. This role also oversees Lipton's iced tea equipment program and channel analytics. As Director of OOH, you will inspire, develop, and empower a high-performing team—including National Account Managers, Sales and Business Managers, and cross-functional partners—to deliver the full value proposition of Lipton Tea to current and future Foodservice customers.

Your Role

Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the full P&L and lead the Foodservice & Vending channel, reporting directly to the Head of Growth Channels
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of Sales and Business Development professionals across Sales Management, Non-Commercial, Distribution, Strategy, Equipment, and Analytics
- Manage and grow strategic broker partnerships—setting annual targets, driving accountability, and strengthening senior relationships
- Champion the voice of the Foodservice/Out of Home channel across leadership and cross-functional forums
- Deliver against trade budgets and financial targets, ensuring strong return on investment and alignment with company goals
- Design and execute winning sales strategies and annual business plans that contribute to broader company KPIs
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences, including key business reviews
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across trade systems and operating models using project management best practices
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to foster team growth and engagement
- Oversee Distributor and National Account programs, offering guidance and removing barriers to success
- Lead strategic engagements with top distributors and foodservice customers, including joint business planning and performance reviews
- Manage the annual channel forecast and regularly update senior leaders on progress, risks, and opportunities
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to elevate Lipton's presence and performance in the Out of Home market
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to deliver seamless customer solutions
- External: Customers, Brokers, Vendors, Suppliers (including DOT Foods)
- Internal: Cross-functional teams, Customer Leadership Team (Retail and eComm)
- 10+ years' experience in Foodservice or CPG, with a strong track record of profitable growth and team leadership in the Foodservice channel
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
- Deep expertise in foodservice operations and route-to-market strategies (Broker networks, Broadline Distribution, Redistributors, GPOs, National Accounts, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market analysis, KPI development, and execution
- Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams and manage key customer relationships
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels
- Financially savvy, with experience managing P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis
- Fluent in TPM systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (NPD, Circana, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams and projects
