Description

COPE is looking for a full time IT Support Specialist. As an IT Help Desk (IT Support Specialist), you’ll be on the front lines of technical support for staff across multiple clinical and administrative sites. This role is perfect for someone who is a natural problem solver, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about supporting mission-driven work through reliable and secure technology

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED plus three (3) years hands-on (workplace) experience with computer hardware and software systems.
  • Associate’s degree in a technical field plus one (1) year hands-on (workplace) experience with computer hardware and software systems.
  • Preferred Qualifications include Microsoft, Comptia, and/or CCNA certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support for hardware, software, and network issues (local and remote).
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems including Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Support internal tools and systems including telehealth platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with inventory, asset tracking, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in system upgrades, audits, and continuous process improvement.
  • Occasionally travel to agency sites and provide after-hours or weekend support for projects or emergencies.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Must Be 21 Years Of Age (automobile Insurance Requirement) And Possess a Valid AZ Driver’s License With a “clean” Or “acceptable” Driving Record. An Unacceptable Driving Record Includes (but Is Not Limited To) The Following

  • more than two [2] moving violations in the last three [3] years or;
  • more than one [1] at-fault accident within the last three [3] years or;
  • any major violation (i.e. DUI, Careless/Reckless Driving, Drag Racing, Hit and Run) within the last three [3] years.

Other driving related violations may be considered unacceptable. At time of job offer, submission of 36 month (three year) driving record from DMV will be required. These standards must be maintained throughout employment and up-to-date driving records are reviewed regularly for current employees.
