THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Elevo’s daytime support and after-school programs in your region. You will motivate and inspire a team of Regional Program Managers and Site Success Managers to ensure that all programs are implemented successfully and align with Elevo’s values and mission. This position is part of the Field Operations department and reports directly to the Director of Operations.

The target annual base pay range for this position is $73,500 - $78,500. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills. Elevo also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Team Management: Oversee the team of Regional Program Managers and Site Success Managers, providing support to ensure programs are implemented appropriately and in alignment with Elevo’s values and mission.
- Training & Support: Ensure that Regional Program Managers and coaches are trained on Elevo’s curriculum and how to manage large groups of students.
- Problem Resolution: Support Regional Program Managers in resolving any issues and implementing necessary procedures to improve programs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to support Regional Program Managers.
- Cross-Departmental Liaison: Liaise with multiple internal and external departments to align on all program details.
- Coach Evaluations & Leadership: Support Regional Program Managers with coach evaluations and ongoing leadership training.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks to maintain company compliance, such as HR paperwork, terminations, COVID compliance, shift auditing, rescheduling, etc.
- Collaboration with Training Managers: Work closely with Training Managers on strategies, professional development, and training sessions to optimize coach knowledge.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in program management and people management.
- Ability to visit sites in your region 2-3 times per week (more site visits may be required at times).
- Experience in education, in-school programming, and/or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade.
- Strong program and people management skills.
- Creative problem-solver who is customer-focused, decisive, and action-oriented.
- Comfortable delivering presentations to large groups of people.
