Overview

The Influencer Marketing Assistant will report to the Head of Influencer Marketing.

Location: Austin, Texas

hybrid 4x onsite

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Head of Influencer Marketing and Influencer Marketing Project Coordinator
• Assist in facilitating, running and scaling the bloom gifting program
• Help to facilitate collaborations between Influencers and Influencer Marketing Coordinators
• Collaborate with the Head of Influencer Marketing and Coordinators in defining and executing the influencer marketing strategy across each social media platform
• Assist in the organization and management of Influencers across platforms including TikTok, Tik Tok Shop, Instagram, YouTube and Podcasts (For example, sending out flowers and gifting, working on PR lists)
• Collaborate amongst all of the departments for internal and external product gifting needs
• Interact with Bloom's other business segments including social media and operations to
• facilitate the success of Influencer Program
• Analyze insights/data to refine future Influencer relationships
• Assist in training Influencer Marketing Interns
• Keeping track of stock room inventory, ordering new product
  
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills (for data tracking and reporting)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A team player with a collaborative mindset
• Previous internship or experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or marketing is a plus but not required
• Assist influencer team with scaling and growing our gifting program
