Pantomath is looking for a Product Manager who is excited to build tools that automate data operations by making data workflows more observable, reliable, and actionable. In this role, you’ll help define and execute product strategy, translate user needs into requirements, and collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring impactful features to life. This is a unique opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, product-led SaaS company tackling some of the most pressing challenges in data observability and pipeline governance.

- Define and manage initiatives critical to the product roadmap in partnership with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Translate market signals, customer feedback, and company objectives into clear, actionable product requirements
- Write and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that align features with business goals and user needs
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with technical teams using tools like Linear and Confluence
- Track product performance post-launch using analytics, user feedback, and QA insights to guide iterations
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful go-to-market launches and continuous customer enablement
- Stay current on industry trends in data engineering, observability, lineage, and ETL tools to inform product direction
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering)
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as:
- Linear or Jira
- Confluence or Notion
- Google Workspace
- Figma or similar product design tools
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, balancing user empathy with business strategy
