- Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for our sales team
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointment schedules

- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless transfer of appointment details
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Google Suite and familiar with CRM software
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to meet or exceed goals
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in an appointment-setting or similar role is preferred
