Basic Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years managing enrollment processes in competitive educational settings, demonstrating consistent growth in admissions.
• Master communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Commanding presence that radiates credibility and expertise in both intimate and group settings.
• Expert juggler of priorities, capable of orchestrating multiple campus activities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy professional with demonstrated expertise in CRM and SIS platforms (HubSpot, Veracross).
• Proven history of delivering white-glove service experiences.
• Must be Austin, TX-based (or willing to relocate) with capability to travel up to 20% within the US.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
