Education Manager

Prairie Public Broadcasting, a regional non-profit, non-commercial public media organization, is seeking an Education Manager. The Education Manager strategically plans and directs PK-12 educator professional development and engagement activities that drive awareness and use of public media educational resources.

This includes promoting education-related digital content for multimedia platforms, collaboration promoting national and regional education resources designed to cultivate knowledge, enrich lives and extend the impact of public media, and provide professional development for K-12 educators and other stakeholders.

The Manager will supervise and train a team of education engagement professionals as well as oversee scheduling and content of the Prairie Public Learning Express trailers. Required qualifications include a bachelors degree with PK-12 Education program preferred, 5 years of experience in formal or informal PK-12 education, and 2 years of supervisory experience
