Summary/objective:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Advertising Coordinator to support the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Movie guide and influencer-led promotions. This role involves managing assets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery and effectiveness of all creative materials. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ad placements and campaign launches on platforms like Movieguide, including management of all necessary creative assets
  • Follow up with creatives, writers, designers, and influencers to gather scripts, videos, URLs, and other required materials
  • Ensure all assets are delivered to the appropriate teams (advertising, design, video, etc.) for use in campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to obtain and organize assets from design and video teams
  • Work closely with the web and landing page teams to support campaign launch and platform setup
  • Partner with Kelly to coordinate campaign setups and advertising strategy
  • Collaborate with Kylo to track, compile, and analyze campaign performance data and reporting
  • Support the Creative Director by managing advertising-related meetings, logistics, and communications with advertising partners
  • Develop creative briefs, B-roll concepts, and support ongoing content creation needs


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional creative projects
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, influencer content, and asset management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset


Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent


Working Conditions

  • Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy
  • Physical demands - Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week
