Status: Salaried - Full Time; optional hybrid schedule after completion of introductory period
Shift: Monday-Friday, 830am-5pm (flexible hours)

The Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) model supports patients within the Brockton community to improve access to urgent and ongoing clinical services. Clinical services offered at the outpatient site include day treatment, individual/couples/family and group therapy, psychiatric medication, MOUD medication, and peer support services. The CBHC provides care for patients with behavioral health concerns, including mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. The colocation of the CBHC outpatient clinic with our Mobile Crisis Team and Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS) provide a strong continuum of care for behavioral health patients.

Clinical Director Duties & Responsibilities
- Clinical supervision of masters clinical team & clinical interns
- Development of clinical programming including group curriculum, evidence based practices and clinical scheduling
- Professionally present the organization within the community;
- Seek out new initiatives and opportunities to support client/patient needs;
- Clinical leadership in supporting quality initiatives as directed by the state for the CBHC
- Work collaboratively with peers within the organization and greater community;
- Clinical quality auditing of documentation
- Role may require expectation of providing clinical services based on total number of supervisees
- Report to the Site Director / Program Director
- Masters Degree, Independent License (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) required;
- Minimum of (3) years of clinical supervisory experience ; post licensure
- (5) years of behavioral health experience;
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and staff;
- Experience with EHR systems;
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
