Role Description

Job Description:

  • Program Manager with 15 to 20 yrs of IT Industry experience with strong technical background
  • Should have strong Delivery Management experience managing Large and complex Transformation programs
  • Ability to analyze current operating models and define Target state Delivery model, work with multiple stakeholders in defining the Transformation Roadmap
  • Strong Analytical skills ability to define Team Structure Delivery Metrics SLAs Delivery Process
  • Should have good Knowledge of usage of AI within Delivery
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
