Benefits
Compensation range: $ 140,000.00 to 150,000.00 per year
Job Description:
- Program Manager with 15 to 20 yrs of IT Industry experience with strong technical background
- Should have strong Delivery Management experience managing Large and complex Transformation programs
- Ability to analyze current operating models and define Target state Delivery model, work with multiple stakeholders in defining the Transformation Roadmap
- Strong Analytical skills ability to define Team Structure Delivery Metrics SLAs Delivery Process
- Should have good Knowledge of usage of AI within Delivery
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
