We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will create, run, and analyze healthcare financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Run medical billing and financial reports out of various EHR systems
- Manipulate, format, and finalize reports
- Upload reports into various software and payer portals
- Reconcile claims billing and payments
- Create and present various adhoc reporting and trend analysis reports
- Make recommendations to improve financial performance
- Create reports to consolidate data into easily understandable information
- Develop financial models
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role
- Ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience
- Strong attention to detail as there will be significant excel data manipulation and formatting involved in this position
- Deep understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
