Nexmos Design is seeking a professional and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns, and delivering a high standard of service with each interaction. **Responsibilities**

  • Answer inbound customer calls and address inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Make outbound calls as necessary to follow up on unresolved issues
  • Accurately document interactions and update customer records in the system
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
