Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Security team is seeking a Safety Representative! The main function of this position is to assist with the overall safety and security of arena employees and guests on event days.

Education And/or Experience
Must have a minimum of three years related experience and/or be an active or retired law enforcement officer. Must demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and safeguard measures related to major sports and entertainment venues.
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
CPR and AED Certifications. Train Crowd Manager Certification. If not, we can provide courses.

- Lead all aspects of and manage arena entry gate operations during events.
- Work closely with safety and security partners to ensure that staff are accurately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Ensure staff are fully aligned with arena policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate with management, staff, and guests to promote a positive guest experience.
- Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct assessments and audits of gate operations and other areas throughout the arena.
- Provide comprehensive reports to arena management on matters of safety and security.
- Provide the highest level of service within a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees during all events and functions.
- Assist the security department with special projects.
- Assist with crowd control inside and outside the premises.
- Tour the facility, examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
