Assistant, Team Operations

The Tampa Bay Rowdies are seeking a passionate individual who want to start their sports career with our Soccer Operations team. We are looking for a person who can assist during game days and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff during team training sessions, administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist with the daily preparations of the facility.
• Assist with the preparations of a match day as well as the processes involved a game day.
• May help organize with planning logistics for away trips.
• Be able to support other departments within the Tampa Bay Rowdies organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must complete all safeguarding requirements.
• Must be comfortable with an active working environment; being on your feet for the majority of your shift.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Available to work weekends, game days, and other times (often outside of traditional business hours
• Ability to lift/move/carry items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods of time
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, holidays, and atypical hours
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, in brainstorming and execution
• Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
