Position Summary: The Manager of Talent Acquisition will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and play a vital role in strengthening the company's ability to attract and retain top talent. This individual will drive innovation in our hiring processes and bring a forward-thinking approach—leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence—to elevate our talent acquisition strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the organization
  • Utilize data-driven insights and technology, including AI tools and platforms, to optimize the recruitment process and improve outcomes
  • Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and build a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Drive employer branding efforts by positioning the organization as a destination for top talent
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, especially in AI and recruitment technologies, to incorporate best practices and tools into the hiring strategy
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and maintain adherence to the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience using AI and other advanced recruitment technologies to enhance talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives for a growing organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics tools
  • Knowledge of the services industry and its unique talent needs is a strong advantage

Utilizing Recruitment Metrics

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting strategy.
  • Key metrics include time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and the quality of new hires.
  • Each of these metrics will need to improve quarter by quarter until we achieve best in class standards.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to refine sourcing methods.

Ownership

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the function of Talent Acquisition.
  • Provide strategies and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring hiring decisions support long-term company success.
  • Lead all recruiting meetings.
  • Build recruiting guides, job descriptions, job posting and offer letters.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and all other regulatory requirements in hiring practices.
