Location: Knoxville, TN | Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Position Summary
House-Hasson Hardware is a Knoxville-based company and the largest independent regional hardware distributor in the U.S., serving home centers, building supply stores, and hardware retailers for over 119 years.
We are currently seeking a qualified Loading Dock Supervisor to oversee dock operations at our distribution center. This role is responsible for managing a team of 32 employees, including 4 team leads, to ensure the accurate, efficient, and safe handling of outbound orders. The ideal candidate will bring warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and safety.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday), starting at 6:00 AM and working until all outbound operations are complete.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dock activities including sorting, palletizing, and loading orders.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate dock associates and team leads.
- Enforce safety procedures and train staff in proper loading techniques.
- Monitor performance and identify process improvements.
- Ensure orders are handled accurately and meet delivery standards.
- Maintain a positive, accountable, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
- Prior warehouse or dock supervisory experience required.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment.
- A safety-first mindset and ability to lead with consistency and integrity.
